Before payment
Each payable milestone must show its service description, amount and due date in the portal or written agreement. Contact support before paying if anything is unclear.
Cancellation
Email support@cateringsandtiffins.com within 7 calendar days of payment with your applicant reference and payment ID. If work has not started, the eligible MedPath UK fee will be refunded. If work has started, we may deduct the fair value delivered and disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs.
Non-refundable items
- Completed assessments, reviews, sessions, application packs or other delivered milestones.
- Regulator, examination, verification, immigration, banking or other third-party fees already paid or committed.
- Loss caused by inaccurate documents, missed deadlines, non-attendance or a third party’s decision.
Payment errors and timing
Verified duplicate or excess payments are refunded in full. Approved refunds return to the original method, normally within 7–10 business days after approval; payment-network timing may add delay.
