Information we collect
- Identity and contact details.
- Professional, education, employment, examination and regulatory-registration information.
- Documents you upload, including identity, qualification, employment, background, visa or health-related information only where genuinely required.
- Application progress, communications, agreements, invoices and payment status.
- IP address, browser, timestamps and security logs.
How we use it
- Respond to enquiries and assess service suitability.
- Deliver contracted advisory, document, registration-preparation and support services.
- Manage accounts, case progress, payments, receipts, complaints and fraud prevention.
- Meet legal, accounting, security and regulatory obligations.
- Send marketing only where permitted; you may opt out.
Payments
Razorpay handles payment credentials. MedPath UK does not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, bank passwords or banking OTPs.
Lawful handling and sensitive information
We process information to take requested pre-contract steps, perform our agreement, meet legal duties, protect legitimate security interests and, where required, with consent. Sensitive information is minimised and handled under an appropriate lawful condition or explicit consent where applicable.
Sharing and international transfers
We share only necessary information with contracted hosting, database, storage, communications and payment providers; advisers; authorised regulators, employers or recruitment partners; and public authorities where law requires. India-to-UK processing may occur with contractual, access-control and provider safeguards. We do not sell applicant information.
Retention, security and rights
We retain information only while needed for service, legal, accounting, dispute and security purposes. We use HTTPS, authenticated access, restricted staff access, private storage and backups. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy, withdrawal of consent or objection by emailing support@cateringsandtiffins.com. We apply applicable Indian privacy law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as brought into force, and UK requirements where applicable.
